Giuseppe brought back the Tomahawk Veal Chop Milanese to a Fresh menu... "Fish, pizza, salad and more at Limoncello"
An award-winning writer who has been documenting life in Las Vegas for over 20 years featured Limoncello Fresh Italian Kitchen in Las Vegas Weekly. It was Brock Radke's assignment to explore our authentic fresh Italian kitchen, highlighting some of our fresh colorful dishes and contemporary style. Dover Sole is praised, deboned tableside, and served with a lemon butter sauce with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Foccacia is homemade and freshly baked daily for our guests. Ruby is the gluten-free salad with a confit of golden and red beets, cantaloupe, microgreens, and dry ricotta in Chef's secret sauce. Amatriciana is Italy's remembrance and our flavorful, popular pasta which satisfies any savory palate. These special dishes and more are delicious, health-conscious, and always prepared fresh with each order.
The script of our transformed building with "milk chocolate" floors and the focus on our popular pasta and fresh fish was unexpectedly great news! Timing is everything. Giuseppe brought back our Tomahawk Veal Chop Milanese to our specials menu after reopening and again it was the center of culinary attention which captures Limoncello's deliciousness on camera (photos by Wade Vandervort).
