Limoncello began as a project of love and inspiration. With thirty years of experience in developing restaurants, Giuseppe wanted to build the dream that he and his entrepreneurial wife, Jenny had envisioned. The couple's opportunity to complete their project came to fruition with the support of family and friends. After eight months of construction, Limoncello Fresh Italian Kitchen opened for business on November 20, 2019.
Executive Chef Pellegrino brings her life experience and culinary training in cooking fresh Italian cuisine. She moved back to Las Vegas to join our team and shares our vision. Chef Eric Gaitan relocated from Manhattan, New York, and performs his skillful craft with excellence. He maintains our authentic classic dishes since our opening in November 2019. Marco Gonzalez is a local Nevadan and has worked for over 18 years with Italian products and restaurants. He is a key member and brings his experience and dedication to our team. We value the people who work for us and will maintain a winning team in Limoncello.
